Premium Service
P800 – (M-F, 10AM / 1PM / 4PM) - Makati branch only
– Comes with a complimentary drink & biscuit - P300 fee for squeeze-in appointments
- Package slots must be booked
- 5 minutes late: P100
- 10 minutes late: P200
- 15 minutes late: Cancelled / considered walk-in
- No update within 10 minutes = automatic cancellation
- Reschedule 7 days before: P200 fee
- Reschedule 2 days before = Cancelled
- Cancellation Fee: P300
- Unpaid cancellation fees will result in a booking ban.
Companion Policy
• You may bring 1 adult companion only (No children, infants, or pets allowed. Bringing them will lead to appointment cancellation)
Reminders
- 3-day warranty retouch for all nail services
- Sessions take 2-4 hrs
- Bring your loyalty card for stamps (no card = no stamp)
- For removal only, message us on FB/IG (no need to book on website)
- Ignore minutes shown on the booking site
- Screenshot & DM booking confirmation
- Double-check the calendar to confirm your assigned nail tech
- Payments accepted: Online payment & Cash only
