  • P300 fee for squeeze-in appointments
  • Package slots must be booked
  • 5 minutes late: P100
  • 10 minutes late: P200
  • 15 minutes late: Cancelled / considered walk-in
  • No update within 10 minutes = automatic cancellation
  • Reschedule 7 days before: P200 fee
  • Reschedule 2 days before = Cancelled
  • Cancellation Fee: P300
  • Unpaid cancellation fees will result in a booking ban.

Companion Policy

• You may bring 1 adult companion only (No children, infants, or pets allowed. Bringing them will lead to appointment cancellation)

Reminders

  • 3-day warranty retouch for all nail services
  • Sessions take 2-4 hrs
  • Bring your loyalty card for stamps (no card = no stamp)
  • For removal only, message us on FB/IG (no need to book on website)
  • Ignore minutes shown on the booking site
  • Screenshot & DM booking confirmation
  • Double-check the calendar to confirm your assigned nail tech
