Booking an Appointment

Important Reminders

🐶 Please don’t book if you’re allergic or uncomfortable with dogs. My fur babies are always around.

👩‍👧 Clients 18 and below must send proof of guardian’s consent.

Late Fees

10 minutes late: ₱100
Every 5 minutes: +₱100
30 minutes late: cancelled / considered walk-in
No update within 10 minutes = automatic cancellation

Rescheduling

Reschedule 7 days before: ₱200 fee
Reschedule 2 days before: ₱400 fee
Same-day reschedule: appointment cancelled

Companion Policy

You may bring 1 adult companion only. No children, infants, or pets allowed. Bringing them may lead to appointment cancellation.

3-day warranty retouch for all nail services
Sessions take 2–4 hours
Bring your loyalty card for stamps. No card = no stamp
Screenshot and DM booking confirmation
Payments accepted: online payment and cash only
If a client changes the service without approval, they must pay for the original booking
Downpayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation

Walk-in Policy

Walk-ins are available for Basic Gel Polish, Foot Spa, Cleaning, and Removal services only.
Please message us on Facebook or Instagram before visiting.
Walk-ins are accepted only if a nail technician is available. Kindly message us 30 minutes before your preferred arrival time.
Preferred walk-in inquiry times: 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 7:00 PM.
Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to current technician availability.

Discounts on this loyalty card are based on the majority of services availed — Regular or Premium.
Avail our Premium Service 2 times to unlock the 5th visit discount (25%)
Avail our Premium Service 4 times to unlock the 10th visit discount (50%)
If the majority of visits are Regular Services, the discount can still be used, but only for Regular Services.

Only Angela offers waxing services in Makati

Available waxing time slots:
- 1:00 PM
- 2:30 PM
- 4:00 PM
- 5:30 PM

Downpayment: 50% of the service total (deducted, non-refundable)

Important Reminders:

No shaving at least 2 weeks before your appointment for best results
Avoid coffee/alcohol before waxing if you are sensitive to painAvoid swimming, gym activities, and excessive sweating for 24 hours after waxing
Exfoliate 1–2 days before your appointment
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation
